In-app purchases
Optional items and cosmetics can be bought inside the game. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
User conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, abuse the leaderboard, harass other players, or use unauthorised third-party tools. We may suspend or remove accounts that break this rule.
Intellectual property
Last One Up!, its logo, characters, art, music, code and design are owned by us. You may not use them without written permission.
Disclaimer
The game is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it stable, but we are not liable for lost progress, device issues or any damages arising from use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
