My progress disappeared
Progress is tied to your Game Center account. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used before and your best height will sync back within a minute.

I paid but did not get my item
Open Settings inside the game and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, send us your App Store receipt and we will fix it manually.
My score is missing from the leaderboard
Leaderboards refresh every few minutes and only accept runs finished while online. Runs completed in airplane mode are kept locally but not ranked.
The game runs slowly
Close background apps and make sure Low Power Mode is off. On older devices you can drop the visual quality in Settings inside the game.
